About the neighbourhood
The building is located near the junction of Deglava and Lubanas street, a forested zone separates it from Lubanas street.
In accordance with Riga’s Territorial Development plan Year 2006 – 2018, new streets will be constructed, which will connect the apartment building with the nearby surroundings.
About the building
The apartment building on Deglava street is designed by the architect company “MG Arhitekti” known as a successful company that has already completed several well known projects in Riga.
In the construction of the apartment building on Deglava street up-to- date construction technologies will be used as well as state of the art construction materials and technical solutions, using fashionable exterior and interior design materials.
There will be 2-level underground car parking area with video surveillance and modern ventilation system in the building with a total of 348 car parking places. Both levels of the parking area will be directly connected to the apartments as well as a commercial area with 6 high speed elevators.
The first three floors of the building are designated for commercial purposes (total area 6090m2), with a restaurant, food store, recreation centre, health care centre, day-care centre for children, commercial offices, etc.
The Technical maintenance area is located between the third and fourth floor of the building. Starting with fourth floor there will be 328 apartments. Both of the buildings towers will have 17 floors.
Almost all the apartments will have glassed balconies or terraces to maintain the unified exterior of the building.
There will be a lawn as well as a large playground for children in the vicinity of the building.
All formalities have been settled and construction will commence in Autumn 2009, and will last for approximately 2 years.
